Grace

"Keep me reasonably sweet; I do not want to be a saint- some of them are so hard to live with- but a sour old person is the crowning work of the devil. Give me the ability to see good things in unexpected places, and talents in unexpected people. And give me Lord the grace to tell them so."~17th century nun's prayer

This is the 17th century nun's prayer that I found on the wall of my favourite place, St. John of God Convent where we went today to meet our friends Sr. Soraya and Sr. Fatima. Sr. Fatima told me that I had missed an exhibition that happened last month in which they exhibited their entire lives through charts and now they have dismantled it and sent it to Daman. She was excited while telling about the way their stall kept them busy and how they had made a tree with leaves of thoughts on them, like "God Loves You.", and asked people to pluck one. Interesting! They always find a way to spread happiness! :)
