In dharma yuddha when
consciousness is shaken and stirred,
And mind tries to take over,
with divine intervention, Krishna, the soul,
drives the chariot, dharma wins over.
.
In a world where words mattered
All the promises were taken
From the ones who were strong
Who knew they have promises to keep.
.
They got killed when they could have been saved
Look at Karna , he didn’t kill Bhima.
He had a promise to keep.
He proved he had the power
to move the universe by moving
Arjuna’s chariot driven by Krishna.
When he was patiently bearing the pain
Of sting of poisonous crab
Parshuram cursed him,
saying he was not a brahmin.
He forgot what he learnt , for curses are powerful
And promises made were stronger than life.
I’ve heard, beauty of his face
Could stop the time.
His inner strength made him stronger
And reflected on his face. He looked graceful.
Karna was a man, who knew his Karma.
Clearance of debts was his Dharma.
Draupadi wished for him alone.
He had the qualities of those five Pandavas together.
But Gods will, gods only know,
Draupadi could never marry Karna.
How would have Mahabharata
been fought otherwise?
No matter whatever we think and say,
What is destined to happen,
It just happens the way it is willed.
You pray, you please Gods, they might even ask your will
But later they’ll convince you, to do what they will.
All we should do, is trust the God’s plan
Follow our Dharma, and do our karma.
