"Everything is fine. Nobody is happy."

Every moment has a lot to offer.

Learn and reflect

with open heart and mind.

Some insights lie in the moment, whenever we need them. Wherever we are we have to stay aware, look around, and who knows the walls might start speaking to us.

As I contemplate in this fleeting moment, I wonder, do we give ourselves permission to be happy? We think and think and allow the situation to consume us. Most of the time we live in the past, magnifying our problems instead of living in the moment. Present is perfect! You are not alone. Reflect , rise and shine!

  2. Analysis paralysis is commonplace now. We seem to over think everything. I like going with the flow.

  3. I believe the reason is that we all are driving ourselves away from the basic nature of our species. Our basic nature is humanity and we always drift ourselves to be drawn into Economic, Social, Political Et - Al causes and activities. This in turn causes knowingly (to a handful) and unknowingly (to the most) an internal conflict that is reflected in the physical (more understanding to our faculties) form as not feeling happy despite whatever one has around oneself which in a little subconscious way is restlessness.

Only my thoughts and eccentricity ... forgiveness requested from all :)

Everything is fine...we tend to analyze things too much...thus complicating it :(
