Standing on
the foothills
Of the
Western Ghats
As they open
the pages of
A dream
diary
Their eyes
begin to speak
in the monsoon.
fallen leaves
scattered here and there
gave an impact of the storm
that just passed by.
Waterfall
flowed
through
the
rocky surface
as they engraved their love
On the stone.
An old tree became witness.
Clouds melt
and kiss the earth
as if to applaud
their sizzling chemistry.
I stop, pause, and reflect.
The time stops.
